Yamaha IT 175 1981 Revving Problem?

Hi
I own an IT 175 1981 model it will start first kick and tick over all day but soon as you try and rev it , it will just die and cut out.
I have tryed feathering the throttle and squirting easy start into carb to see if it will rev harder.
I have checked piston and barrel ,new head gasket to correct one,Cleaned carb 10 times and checked jetting sizes ,checked crank seals ,changed cdi ,changed coil plug and cap,checked coil windings to manual, new air filter, tryed with filter off and on, please help

What about the e-clip on the needle? Mixture? Does turning mixture screw at idle affect revs? Float level not adjusted right? Might be too low in bowl. running out of fuel too quick? Sound’s like a bitch!
