What aftermarket improvements would be good for my truck?

I'm driving a '04 Ford Ranger Edge 3.0L and was wondering what type of aftermarket improvements to be good for this truck? I have a cold air intake and I'm looking into a dual exhaust in the near future but What else is there?

There is always the taillights, lights low, or lift kits, wheels, rollpan, front fenders, bells, drums Optima, new power and ground wires within the electronics, maybe even a header.There are a few different post-sale out there for your truck, but not others.What much as I always say "The sky is the limit."
