What kind of problems have a 98 explorer after being parked for 4 months with a flat rear tire?

Im interested Explorer 98 in purchasing. has sat in an herb has an almost flat tire. I know your problem is going to need a drummer im wondering if the rear differential or transmission park would be damaged during

the rear differential and the transition should be well after years of storage as well. Tires can be be a little messy on the grass in one place for long, but 4 months should not be so bad, just fill with air before leaving. with only 4 months, must be only the battery, I would get an oil change sometime shortly after making it work, but everything else should be fine.
